You may select your preferred venue from three elegant reception rooms, each unique in style, and able to cater to small conferences for up to 100 attendees and cocktails for up to 150 guests. All meeting facilities are supported by Hotel Gritti Palace's Business Centre which offers High Speed Internet Access, and fax and photocopying services. Experienced event coordinators are ready to assist in arranging interpreters, hostesses, and equipment rental.

Through a preferred partnership with the Venice Passenger Terminal, Hotel Gritti Palace is also pleased to cater to conventions of over 120 delegates.

Hotel Gritti Palace is able to organise meetings or conventions of over 120 participants through a preferred partnership with the Venice Passenger Terminal. Meetings and conventions are held at the Venice Passenger Terminal, located just after the Ponte della Libertà, with deluxe accommodations provided for all participants at Hotel Gritti Palace, and according to requirements, at sister Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Venice, Hotel Danieli and The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice.

The four multifunctional cruise terminals that make up the Venice Passenger Terminal are characteristic venues for meetings, conventions, congresses and fairs of over 120 delegates. In particular, Terminal 103, a modern bi-level congress centre measuring approximately 9,000 square metres emcompasses several meeting spaces available year round. Terminal 103 is suitable for congresses, conventions, gala dinners and different kinds of events in the suggestive atmosphere of the Venice lagoon. The first floor of the terminal hosts a congress area of 1.500 sq. metres made up of different spaces including:
